As CRM Consultant at Kamstrup, you will be a part of our Sales Process & Tools team which among other things is the business owner of Kamstrup’s global Sales Process and CRM & CPQ platform. The team consists of four consultants and together we are committed to ensure the continuous usage and improvement of global sales platforms and gathering critical customer experience insights.

In the position as CRM Consultant, your primary area of responsibility will be to engage with key stakeholders on both the business and IT side to ensure progress of prioritized deliveries and to continuously improve the UX and adaption of our Dynamics 365 CRM Platform. You will focus on business transformation related to our CRM platform, linking the platform and the business impact it will create, this includes gathering business requirements and translate them into workable CRM solution specifications.

More specific, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, developing and implementing CRM processes and tools that supports the needs of our users.
  • Maintaining and documenting our feature request pipeline in cooperation with our CRM specialists.
  • Deploying and test features in close collaboration with our CRM specialists.
  • Training of superusers and end-users in upcoming features.
  • Mobilizing and coordinating with our CRM community (Superusers and Board of Strategic CRM Users).
  • Acting as second level support for our CRM users.
  • Maintaining business process documentation and user guideline library.
  • Monitoring data and process quality based on selected KPI’s.

In the job, you can expect 10-15 travel days per year.

Personality matters
We are looking for a person with a commercial and technical understanding of CRM platforms, processes and IT architecture. As a person, you are robust and capable of maintaining the overview in a busy schedule with many different tasks. You work in a structured way and have great communicative skills and are able to build trust and strong collaboration with all your colleagues.

You have an educational background within Cand.Merc, Cand.Merc IT or similar. In addition, we expect you to have relevant CRM experience as external consultant or from working in an larger B2B organization. As you will be working with project and change management, it is important that you possess great people skills and have strong communication skills, including business writing and presentation skills.

Finally, it is a requirement that you both speak and write Danish and English fluently.
