We are looking for a seasoned, creative, hands-on Social Media Digital Marketing Manager to drive innovation across our social channels. The Social Media Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for campaigns across all Stibo Systems social channels. Passion and curiosity about social and digital media are essential for this position.

The role:

The Digital Marketing Manager of Social Media will support our Social Media strategy with a focus on content, tactics and the ability to drive engagement across all channels we are active under.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, content execution, and management of all social media channels for Stibo Systems. As Digital Marketing Manager, you are up to date with the latest platforms and social media trends as well as current events. You understand the importance of social content and how it can impact the brand as well as drive engagement with our followers.

The role will source and create new content to drive engagement as well as support the activities of our business including but not limited to promotional elements such as new product releases, analysts’ relations, events (virtual, live or in person), culture, thought leadership focus, executive among others across our corporate platforms.

More specifically, you will:

  • Oversee, execute and lead development of social media strategies, guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns and day-to-day activities of Stibo Systems presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube
  • Monitor and engage with followers, customers, and ambassadors on Stibo Systems social media platform and community channels including answering DMs and comments, and proactively seeking opportunities for brand-building responses
  • Follow and develop success metrics and provide weekly & monthly reporting on said metrics
  • Establish and execute strategic social strategies and campaigns for new product launches both regionally and globally

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will use data to help inform behaviour, come with a creative eye, and be able to collaborate across the organization to serve our brand, content strategy objectives and campaigns.


  • The ideal candidate will have a Marketing or Communications degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital marketing with B2B experience a plus
  • Be a team player
