The job
This is a global position, which includes hands-on tasks as well as strategic development of our digital marketing approach.

You will join our marketing team of six people with a worldwide responsibility for marketing of products and solutions across all business areas as well as the overall branding of Terma. We have just recently embarked on the journey of working with inbound marketing, and your colleagues will look to you for inspiration, guidance, and domain knowledge within digital media.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility is to take ownership of our digital media to support Terma’s branding and marketing activities. This includes our website, our social media channels, and digital tools such as HubSpot.

One of your key projects will be to guide us through the process of implementing inbound marketing in cooperation with external agency.

Other main tasks will be to:

  • Manage our social media accounts on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, as well as our content on YouTube. You will also work closely with the business areas to curate content and develop digital campaigns.
  • Update website structure and content, and oversee SEO, analytics, etc.
  • Develop our digital marketing strategy and make yearly plans for continuous development of our use of digital media.
  • Work closely with our HR department on employer branding activities.

We work closely together in the marketing team, and it is part of our culture also to help each other out with other marketing tasks whenever needed.

Professional qualifications
Most likely you have a university degree in Marketing or similar, and you have solid experience from a similar position working with digital marketing in a B2B/B2G context. You excel at creating, managing, and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. We are looking for the following specific skills:

  • Social media management
  • Experience with inbound marketing and marketing automation, and preferrable in a HubSpot setting
  • CMS (preferrable Umbraco and WordPress) and SEO/SEM knowledge
  • Campaigns, content marketing and sponsored content using LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Ability to analyze digital media and convert data to actions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience from working in an international environment is an advantage.
