Then come join our skilled Digital Platforms team working across digital platforms and emails. Here, you will become part of our wonderful Outbound team with 4 colleagues who specialize in email marketing, just like you.

You will work closely together to build global email campaigns that will strengthen our outbound activities and help us keep lifelong customers.

What will you be doing? 

You will be responsible for supporting the development, planning, and implementation of all outbound email activities to successfully achieve best-in-class email marketing performance. Some of your main tools will be Optimove, Photoshop, HTML and CSS, and during a typical week, you will:

  • Develop email marketing plans, and you will do this with input from your own team, Ecommerce, Branding, Marketing, and our partner group
  • Create email templates and email content including copy and visuals – however, most of the copy is delivered by our copywriters
  • Roll out the emails you’ve created in more than 20 countries with a clear view of who you have targeted using our information-rich customer data platform which is connected to our key customer platforms
  • Follow up on rollouts and generate reports to gauge performance
  • Communicate with and support international marketing colleagues with market-specific email marketing activities

What is more, we offer you all the flexibility you need in your job – for example if you would like to work from home from time to time. We would like you to come into the office 1-2 times a week, e.g., for our digital Tuesdays, to share ideas with your team. Otherwise, it is up to you how you structure your day as long as the job gets done.

As you will also create the layout for the graphic design, you’ll need a certain amount of creativity and a strong sense of aesthetic.

A sense for structure and details

Once we click the button and emails are sent to millions of customers, we cannot go back. So, you will need to make sure that we have dotted all our i’s and crossed all our t’s and that all countries get their emails on time.

Experience with email marketing

We imagine that you have at least a few years of experience with email marketing, and you can easily juggle Photoshop and Excel. You might also have experience with CSS, HTML and/or Optimove or similar email systems.

A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree

You have a degree within marketing or similar.

Fluent written and spoken English skills
