EPOS is looking for a creative Global Public Relations Manager with strong strategic flair, who will be responsible for implementing and driving the company’s PR strategy and be an integrated part of the company’s ambitious growth journey.

The position
As Global Public Relations Manager, you will be an essential part of EPOS’ Global Marketing team, headquartered in Ballerup, Denmark and play an important role in the company’s ambitious growth journey. Thereto, the position is an exciting opportunity to set your fingerprint on their global expansion and work closely with local teams on the overall editorial strategy. With a creative spirit and a structured mindset, you will be responsible for implementing and driving the EPOS PR strategy with strong focus on the corporate industry for headsets and meeting solutions. You will report directly to the Head of Brand Management & Activation and work closely with the global marketing team on messaging and branding strategies across media outlets, the company’s lead agency in UK as well as local agencies all around the world.

You will be working with the B2B segment Enterprise Solutions, and your key responsibilities include:

  • Close collaboration with the global marketing team to ensure alignment of local initiatives and with the company’s lead agency in UK and global local agencies. 
  • Work with product management and local markets on content creation such as case stories, whitepapers and events
  • Expanding the strategic focus on earned media and developing brand ideas 
  • Liaise between EPOS’ central PR agency and their international markets to ensure that stories and activities are well executed on an international level
  • Research top influencers and trends and leveraging strong relationships with media, bloggers and influencers
  • Implement an agile content production with editorial focus with EPOS’ strategic alliance partners and other content streams available
  • Support the whole company on corporate and employer branding efforts

Your Profile
The ideal candidate holds a degree in marketing, communication, PR or similar and have minimum 5 years of experience from a similar function, developing and executing international PR strategies and activities, preferably from another international company or a PR agency. From previous position, you have proven and demonstrated high-quality results within project management and have shown excellent flair for developing and executing strategies to create and uphold a positive public image for clients. With solid stakeholder management skills, you easily navigate in complex and international settings, understand how to work and form relationships with various members of the media, government, and public, and have a talent for generating new business opportunities. You have experience with PR dashboards, clippings and other PR analysis tools, and with outstanding English communications skills, oral as well as written, you are a strong communicator with convincing storytelling skills and are not afraid of taking the stage, presenting your ideas and thoughts to a differentiated and large audience. Thereto, knowledge of other languages is an advantage, but not a requirement.

As a person, you are result-oriented and ambitious with both creative and strategic flair as well as a strong problem-solving mindset. You are organized and have a persistent work style with a keen attention to detail and come with a great drive to always deliver outstanding quality work. Moreover, you hold excellent interpersonal skills and have experience in collaboration and mentoring teams through empathy, understanding and empowerment.
