Marketing Coordinator for EPOS Gaming

Do you want to focus on management and production of creative assets for our trade channels across the globe? Are you an experienced Marketing Coordinator? Then you might be the person we are looking for to join our Global Marketing Communications team in a one-year maternity cover.

As a Marketing Coordinator you will be part of an international team who strives to bring the ultimate audio gaming experience to gamers all over the world. You will be part of building the brand-led efforts for EPOS in gaming on a global level and you will be a key stakeholder in ensuring that our brand’s CVI is followed across all trade marketing and channel activities, working in close cooperation with our Regional Trade Marketing Managers.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced person, who has worked with graphic production on the brand side, and who can stay on top of things, even though many tasks are in production at the same time. Your previous work experience combined with a strong eye for details will ensure that we are on brand, across the touch points you are involved in. Your structured approach will ensure efficient time to market and consistency in everything we do. Creation of promotional merchandise, production of POS graphics, and supporting the activation of our esports properties will also be part of your daily workflow. Your primary tasks will be:

  • Developing graphical brand and product assets
  • Creating graphical asset packages for our Trade Channels
  • Planning and structuring global graphical tasks
  • Working together with and developing assets for content providers (e.g. Flixmedia and Cnet)
  • Creating short and precise briefs
  • Coordinating various tasks together with our Esports Specialist

As a Marketing Coordinator you will have various stakeholders both internally, e.g. Group Graphic, Trade Marketing Managers, Sales personnel, and externally such as our Trade Channels. It is therefore important that you are used to and enjoy working with many stakeholders.  Preferably, you can tick-off the following skills:

  • Strong communication skills and fluent US English– written and spoken
  • Strong people and project management skills
  • Proven track record working with a graphics design team
  • Proven track record working with a premium global consumer brand
  • Having an interest for the world of gaming is an advantage
