Are you ready to leave your mark(eting) on Adapt? Because we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take charge of our marketing activities.

You are a planner and a doer at the same time. You write copy for just about any kind of channel and format. You are a creative soul and you are equipped with the skill set to be our internal project manager. If this is you, keep reading.

The Gig

As a Marketing Manager at Adapt you’ll be the focal point for all marketing activities and you’ll be given the opportunity to set the direction and leave your mark on how Adapt is branded and presented. Here’s some of the many tasks you’ll be involved in:

  • Take lead on developing and executing marketing plans and content calendars
  • Project management of marketing activities.
  • Develop visual content – still & video – with designers, photographers and more.
  • Event planning for conferences, seminars and similar events
  • Copy writing for all channels
  • Project management for our fairly new website adaptagency.com
  • Ad hoc press activities

You, you, you…

  • You have a few years of experience from a similar position
  • You are capable of bringing the overall marketing strategy into concrete marketing initiatives and drive Adapt’s marketing from planning, to production, to execution.
  • You are creative and have opinions when it comes to how we express ourselves visually
  • You have a great interpersonal skills and are a team player
  • You have a basic understanding of paid social and SEM
  • You are a copy writing connoisseur whether it’s a SoMe update, a blog post or a press release and you turn complex subjects into easily understood text.
  • You have basic tech and digital knowledge or the desire to upgrade your know-how in this area.
