Therefore, we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who can help us in supporting this growth.

With reference to our Head of Business Area Marketing, you will coordinate and support our team within the Business Area Marketing department, currently consisting of 8 colleagues. The department consists of dedicated Marketing Managers for each business area and regional markets, who are located at our sales offices around the world. Apart from Business Area Marketing, the Marketing function consists of Market Intelligence, Branding & Communication, Digital Marketing, Sales Process and Tools, and an onsite agency.

A job with focus on creating awareness and leads
In the newly established role as Marketing Project Manager, you will be supporting our business areas in reaching their objectives by increasing awareness of the Kamstrup brand, as well as developing and implementing customer oriented marketing programs with engaging and value-based content generating leads for sales.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting our Marketing Managers and Regional Marketing colleagues in driving and coordinating the development of content to be executed in our marketing programs and thereby accelerate our new brand positioning
  • Set and follow up on KPIs in collaboration with our Marketing Managers and the Digital Marketing team
  • Anchor and coordinate the development and execution of our case story pipeline on a global scale
  • Support and drive some event planning and execution – both virtually and physically
  • Working cross-functionally in our marketing function

In the job, you can expect 10-15 travel days per year.

Personality matters
You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or similar and have at least 3 years of relevant marketing experience from a B2B and international context, where you have created documented results. Therefore, you have great knowledge of the marketing toolbox and the impact the right marketing efforts can generate.

As a person, you are ambitious and have a great personal drive to create results. As you will be working cross-functionally, it is important that you are a strong collaborator and manage to build trustful relationships with your colleagues. You thrive in an outgoing role where no two days are alike, and you manage to keep an overview when juggling many projects and tasks at once.

It is a requirement that you master English on a high level, both orally and written. Danish will be an advantage.
