Ensure effective strategic planning and project management
We are looking for a new colleague to our Global Marketing team with an ambitious mind, an inspiring positive attitude to support our leadership team and ensure effective project management to marketing projects, and thereby contribute to deliver life-changing hearing care and make Audika Group the global leader within hearing care.
You will support the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) with strategy development, execution and facilitate key marketing board meetings with international stakeholders. You will champion project management excellence and secure efficiency and best practice. Furthermore, you can look forward to an exciting array of responsibilities:
- Strategy development
- Strategy execution and change management
- Drive and facilitate key international marketing board meetings
- Manage and prioritize Marketing Backlog with MLT
- Follow up with Project Managers to ensure projects run effectively
- Responsible for that key stakeholders are updated frequently on projects
- Responsible for that projects deliver on scope, time, and budget
We imagine that you hold a relevant master’s degree and have some years of experience from either a similar position, or maybe from working in the consultancy industry either as a Marketing Consultant or Management Consultant. What is most important is that you bring a can-do-attitude and a profound strategic mindset. You have outstanding analytical skills and a pragmatic and solid approach to problem solving.
As interacting with multiple stakeholders is part of your day-to-day activities, we expect you to build and maintain relationships across the organization. You have excellent communication skills and a desire to influence people and processes. You take initiative and decision-making comes naturally to you, as does the ability to think ahead and identify opportunities for improvement within your area of responsibility.
