As our Multichannel Manager you will play a key role by preparing the organization to make the next step into multichannel! You will have the freedom to identify and propose opportunities to achieve business goals through the use of digital and offline channels. Besides, you will plan, develop, execute, track, and optimize the respective digital marketing activities in close collaboration with brand teams including sales, medical, marketing and market access management.

Place of work is Boehringer Ingelheim’s Danish office in Copenhagen, and you will report directly to the local Head of Marketing and Customer Experience.

This maternity cover is from 1st of August 2022 until 31st of July 2023.

Further key responsibilities:

  • Increase the digital competencies within the Brand Teams, and Customer Facing Functions (including field-based functions)
  • Identify new digital marketing opportunities and where relevant develop business cases for implementation
  • Work together with Communication and Brand teams and support the implementation and reporting
  • Plan and execute therapeutic area-overarching and multi-brand campaigns with brand teams
  • Review digital content (e.g. design and wording of email, websites, social media posts)
  • Collaborate closely with other business units and functions in order to identify potential opportunities
  • Determine and follow the performance indicators of the different websites and digital campaigns
  • Ensure a customer experience that drives the desired behavior throughout the customer journey, as well as is giving the organization all ingredients to continue to do so.

What you should bring to the team

  • At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Training skills
  • Excellent command of the Danish and English language
  • Experience in website content creation and in planning, executing digital campaigns
  • You are a team player who enjoys working in a diverse environment and values strong cross-functional relationships
  • You are agile in learning new tools and systems and passionate about communicating your vision to the team
  • You see yourself as a digital savvy
  • You are used to work on multiple initiatives at one time
  • Familiar with legal requirements on communication with external stakeholders and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Compliance
  • Lastly, you have a bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar.
