Arla’s in-house agency The Barn was established two years ago to help Arla’s global and local brands make campaigns born out of a digital mindset. Today, we have a full creative team specialized in concept development and execution. We collaborate with our agency colleagues to develop ambitious campaigns for Arla’s global & local brands.

Does this sound like you?

As a Senior Art Director, you live and breathe creative. You are fluent in working with creative briefs, concept processes and you are inspired by the world around you. You manage the difference between brand coms, product coms and how the two intersect. You have experience working with creative on all levels of a typical consumer journey, and in crafting tailored creative that is fit for channel. You stay up to date within culture, advertising, and trends. You have an open mind and you’re not afraid to collaborate and speak your mind. 

You in a nutshell:

  • Love for the work and obsessed with nuances of creative
  • Solid experience from a similar role within a creative agency or inhouse department. Minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Interested in food, culture, and the nuances within the world of culinary experiences.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Here’s your new role

You will have a key role in the creative team where you will lead clients and the deliveries of creative concepts, ideas, and work with strategists and specialists to shape campaigns of high quality. You have experience working with most medias, but specially digital channels.

You will be responsible for delivering concepts for categories, brands and products, and ensure that solutions deliver on brand and coms objectives. You will be responsible for the creative life cycle – from brief and concept to execution and production – keeping your eyes on balls from A-Z in the project. Our clients include global Arla brands such as Lurpak, Castello and Cocio, but also highly strategic Danish brands like Kærgården and Karolines Køkken.

As part of working in our digital agency, you’ll be:

  • Transforming strategic planning into sharp concepts
  • Driving client presentations and building argumentations for each creative idea
  • Taking lead on creative consistency on brands and striving for the most intriguing creative solution
  • Participating in creative workshops to develop new ideas and concepts with the team
  • Following and creating creative directions and developing brand campaigns, product campaigns and activation ideas. Make campaigns come to life in content that lives across channels; social, OLV, owned channels, digital display, OOH and TV.
  • Supporting creatives within the team, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver campaigns of the highest quality for all digital touchpoints
  • Share your worldview, your learnings, and observations and take part of a creative team and culture.
  • Take ownership and use your entrepreneurial mindset to make things work in an emerging department.
