Erfaring

I 2013 rejste Bárbara fra Brasilien til Danmark for at uddanne sig, alt imens hun var Marketing Intern hos Purplecow Digital Agency. Herefter tog hun forbi SweetStreet, inden hun begyndte sin rejse hos GN Group. Først som Digital Marketing Student Assistant, dernæst Marketing Automation Specialist og i dag Digital Program Manager.

Motivation

Som en ung digital marketer med høje ambitioner og stor eksekveringskraft har Bárbara Duarte de seneste seks år sat sit faglige præg på GN Group. Siden Bárbara kom til GN i 2016 har hun vist at mestre marketingdisciplinen med et strategisk flair og digital finesse, der har ført til intern forfremmelse. I sin nuværende stilling som Digital Program Manager er hun i fronten af planlægningen og eksekveringen af GNs marketingtiltag. Med sans for markedets tendenser og kundebehov agerer hun som tovholder på en perlerække af globale projekter på tværs af forskellige markeder. Som ekspert i email-marketing og marketing automation driver Bárbara GN i en mere digital retning, alt imens hun formidler stærke budskaber til stor inspiration for både GNs kun- der og branchen. Meritter, der sætter hende sikkert på The M Talents 2022.

 

 

HVAD HAR VÆRET DIN STØRSTE PROFESSIONELLE SUCCES I 2021?

I was empowered to strategize the consolidation of GN Hearing’s Digital Sales Enablement from pilot to program in our Benelux market. Bridging my teammates in HQ with colleagues in Benelux meant we could co-create value for HCPs and the business. As a result, we achieved our targets, while maintaining our priority on customer centricity.

HVAD ER DIT MÅL FOR 2022?

My goal is to be an enabler for the team, customers, and GN Hearing. To me this consists of constantly facilitating and partaking collaboration with my colleagues; on consolidating learnings around project management and digital marketing; on consistently being insights- and data-driven; and on staying opened to new points of view.

HVILKEN ROLLE SER DU DIG SELV I OM FEM ÅR?

It is tricky to look at life without seeing the importance of balancing plans with living in the now. I work towards a role driving digital transformation from a learning & development angle; while being mindful that the world is changing and opened to reshape my path if need be. Whichever the path, I aim to make sure it embraces diversity.

HVAD ER DIT BEDSTE RÅD TIL BRANCHENS SENIORPROFILER?

One-size-does-not-necessarily-fit-all. Although we are equal in so many ways, we are also unique. More than just listening, opening safe spaces to discuss is key to understanding the needs and desires of employees, teammates, and consumers. Only then, can we understand how to best help one another, recognize one another, work with one another.
