Erfaring

Louise startede sin karriere i Australien som Branding and Concept Store Assistant hos BECKER MINTY. Derefter rejste hun til Danmark, og i 2016 satte hun for alvor skub i karrieren, da hun kom til TBWA\Copenhagen som Strategic Planner. Efter blot fem år og adskillige forfremmelser, er hun i dag Strategic Director & Partner, og stifter af KADDO.

Motivation

Louise Sonne-Bergstöm formår at kombinere strategi, kommunikation og kreativitet, og med en dyb indsigt i både brands, brancher og målgrupper har hun siden 2016 sat sit præg på det kreative bureau TBWA\Copenhagen. Louise startede som Strategic Director, og på blot fem år er hun rykket sikkert op i TBWA-hierarkiet. I 2019 kunne hun bryste sig ved at være bureauets første kvindelige direktør og partner. I en ung alder besidder Louise et kæmpe ledelsesansvar, og med en finger på pulsen, stærke kommunikationsstrategier og kreative koncepter sikrer hun fortsat øget kundetilgang og større markedsandel. Ud over at være en kreativ strateg, kan Louise skrive iværksætterkompetencer på CV’et som Co-Founder af firmagavevirksomheden KADDO i 2021. Louises evner inden for branding, kommunikation og design sætter hende sikkert på The M Talents.

 

HVAD HAR VÆRET DIN STØRSTE PROFESSIONELLE SUCCES I 2021?

We merged two companies and developed TBWA in the Nordics. We onboarded 8 new clients from Mercedes-Benz to DESIGNA, Tetra Pak and Santa Maria on a European scale. We’ve grown the company by 30 %. I continue to run TBWA Academy, am a part of the leadership team and I became a partner in 2021. Lastly, I founded a company gifting service, KADDO.

HVAD ER DIT MÅL FOR 2022?

Growth. Grow my department and the agency skill set. Deliver on our leadership goals of a creatively rich environment and continue delivering a ‘larger share of the future’ for our clients. I would like to be a lighthouse for our brands to create brave work. I will be completing my ongoing courses in Behavioural Economics and Digital Futures.

I see myself leading a company, and continuing in my strategic role. Managing a diverse and talented group of people who enjoy what they do. An enthralling role with space to grow. I want to be in a position where I can continue creating work that takes leaps driven by deep insight and creates impact on a business level.

Talents join based on belief in the company and stay when they can grow. Be generous, create a meaningful role for them at the company, and listen to their input. Talents mirror you, show them, there space for joy, beyond work. As seniors our side gig is to be leaders, mentors, knowledge sharers. Recruit diversely and bring people up with you.

HVOR HENTER DU INSPIRATION FRA?

It’s my role to have a deep curiosity about humans. People is where it starts and ends for me. Experiences are made rich by stories from friends, interview subjects and strangers alike. I accumulate knowledge and insight through podcasts, literature, art, trend forecasters, documentaries, peer-reviewed journals and odd corners of the internet.
