Erfaring

Efter at have varetaget stillinger som Service Employee, Alumni engagement og Customer Consultant kom Priscillia i 2016 til momondo som Marketing Assistant. I 2017 begyndte hun sin rejse hos Miinto Group med stillingen som Junior Digital Marketing Specialist. Efter fem år og flere forfremmelser er hun i dag Digital Marketing Director hos Miinto Group.

Motivation

Priscilla Nieuwbuurt er et talent i støbeskeen, som konstant formår at innovere hendes egen rolle og faglighed. Hun har den populære T-shaped profil, hvor hendes force er på tværs af marketingdiscipliner med gennemgående kend- skab inden for digital marketing. Lige siden Priscilla kom til Miinto, har hun sat stærkt ind for at skabe vækst og været en bærende del af Miintos udvikling af et oprustet in-house marketingteam. Med Priscilla ombord har hun formået at skabe anerkendte resultater for alle involverede, og Miinto er gået fra 50 til 350 ansatte. Til trods for Priscillas unge alder er hun bestemt ikke bange for at tage ansvar, hvorfor hun indtager fronten af Miintos vækstrejse og globale ekspansion. Alle kender Priscillas stemme, og hun er en stærk og vellidt leder for et team på 11 fuldtidsansatte. Velkommen på The M Talents, Priscilla!

 

HVAD HAR VÆRET DIN STØRSTE PROFESSIONELLE SUCCES I 2021?

Scaling my team from 8 to 12 people, promoting a team member to head of digi- tal marketing and starting up internal initiatives in relation to inclusion, diversity and equality has been some of my proudest achievements. Anything that I can do to help my team members grow, feel happy, motivated, included and safe is on my top priority.

HVAD ER DIT MÅL FOR 2022?

My goal is to continue running an effective, performance driven, diverse and inclusive team, and to continue having my team’s wellbeing as my number 1 priority. This will be in connection to the reorganisation within the Digital Marketing team, which will demand a lot from team members, but also will unlock the next step for our performance.

HVILKEN ROLLE SER DU DIG SELV I OM FEM ÅR?

Continuing working within a Marketing leadership role, helping my team and organisation reach their goals. I will engage even more in initiatives that can foster an inclusive, equal and diverse company culture, in the hopes to inspire people to help build a culture on the work floor that invites everyone.

HVAD ER DIT BEDSTE RÅD TIL BRANCHENS SENIORPROFILER?

Listen to your people, and go beyond to understand what drives your employees, but also what frustrates them. It is difficult for some people to feel comforta- ble giving open en direct feedback and therefore it should be a priority to build relationships of trust, an open culture and save space to share ideas, feedback and comments.

Pragmatic: Which helps me in problem solving and project management. Ener- getic (and optimistic): Helps me in the endless, tireless journey in fighting for the company goals. People person: I care about people and listen, and try to understand what drives people, to create the optimal environment to make people thrive.

HVOR HENTER DU INSPIRATION FRA?

My manager Malthe Cederborg who is leading by example as the CMO at Miinto juggles strategic work, people management and family life, is someone who inspires me every day. Also I get inspiration from strong women in and outside of Miinto. Women who I read about in books or listen to in podcasts motivate and inspire me to be a better leader.
