Dagen efter, at Virtue – som det første danske bureau i 16 år – vandt Grand Prix ved reklame-VM i Cannes, hiver bureauet 11 nye finalepladser i land.

Det er igen gårsdagens Grand Prix-vinder, adDRESS the Future for Carlings, der lander seks finalepladser i tre forskellige kategorier: Mobile, Creative ecommerce og Brand Experience & Avtivation.

Og så er det Genderless Voice, der er nomineret fem ud af seks mulige gange i kategorien Radio & Audio.

I Film-kategorien er Virtue ikke på finalelisterne, men det er to andre bureauer og et produktionsselskab.

& Co. tager to finalepladser for Bianco-filmen The Lift, som New Land har produceret, og én for SAS-filmen The Arrivals, som Bacon har produceret.

Dertil napper Bacon i eget navn en finaleplads i Film for Almost Human-filmen for Carlsbergfondet.

Tegner til et godt år

Med onsdagens shortlister er Danmark nu oppe på 41 finalepladser og – inden onsdag aftens prisuddelinger – en Grand Prix, to sølvløver og en bronzeløve.

Til sammenligning bød sidste år på 20 danske shortlister og i alt syv løver: 

Sølv til Hjaltelin Stahl for Warhead for Greenpeace, og tre gange bronze til & Co. – to for Help a Dane for Kræftens Bekæmpelse/Trygfonden og en for Find Yourself for Miinto.dk i Film-kategorien.

Dertil hentede også Uncle Grey, Mensch/Sansir og Very (i dag Belong) hver en bronzeløve med hjem.

Om antallet af løver kommer til at overgå sidste åres høst, ved vi mere om fredag aften, hvor de sidste priser uddeles, men med dobbelt så mange finalister som sidste år – og den foreløbige høst – tegner det til at kunne blive et godt dansk år i Cannes.
