Den danske finalist-fest fortsætter indtil videre med uformindsket styrke ved reklame-VM i Cannes.
Tirsdag morgen fik seks danske cases således med tilsammen 10 finalepladser i tre forskellige kategorier et skub videre ind i finalefeltet i kampen om de eftertragtede løve-trofæer.
Helt i front lægger Virtue sig med fem af de 10 shortlister: Fire i kategorien Social & Influencer for adDRESS the Future for Carlings, og en i kategorien PR for Genderless Voice for Copenhagen Pride.
Begge cases, som i forvejen er shortlistet i andre kategorier.
Herudover markerer Mensch sig med to finalepladser – begge for Visit Faroe Islands-casen Closed for Maintenance, som også bureauet Sansir Copenhagen er bureaupartner på.

På andendagen af festivalen er Danmark således godt med sammenlignet med sidste år. I hvert fald, når det gælder antallet af finalepladser:
Sidste år havde danske cases opnået 20 shortlister, da awardshowet var slut – i år er tallet i skrivende stund oppe på 26.
En enkelt løve er det indtil videre også blevet til: Den er af sølv, og den landede mandag aften trygt i favnen på Uitch Iscrath, Martin Nørgaard Furze og Mette Carla Albrechtsen for casen Voiceless Women for New Lives.
